I was hired as the designer of a mobile game app by MoApps (now formed as Appcent).
My client needed a character family as well as a consistent look&feel through the whole game.

The game had different background scenes on different stages. Main character was meant to upgrade and downgrade throughout stages.

For the feel of the game I chose a cartoony look. And I went for an appealing and non-intimidating character style. I designed further all buttons and supporting frames based on these main style.
